Our certified Pilates Instructor makes a commitment to you to help you achieve your goals to stay active and healthy for all your activities or sports. Using our state of the art equipment and small props private clients see an increase in muscular strength and flexibility, improved posture, balance and coordination.
Offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Pilates studio in Pain Science Physical Therapy.
Patients and staff are required to gel their hands, have their temperature taken, and wear a mask. All equipment is sanitized between every client.
