Virtual-Pilates private mat sessions with props:
Each session is approx. 50 minutes in length, custom designed for your body & available props, with the goals of staying strong, connected to your body, and reducing stress.
Sessions are conducted through FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom, at an agreed upon time with client & instructor.

Equipment list 5 essentials:
- Mat or towel
- Fitness Circle
- Theraband resistance bands (set of 3)—or whatever you have on hand
- 9 inch Pilates ball w/hand pump
- Foam roller
Optional (nice to have but not necessary):
- Soft hand weights — 2lb & 5lb (don’t have to be soft, whatever you have would work too)
- Bolster — (could also use pillow/cushion from couch)
